Since 2025, RCH has supported the NEBC Connector pipeline project in northeastern British Columbia by providing specialized wildlife survey, technical, and senior wildlife QEP support services. RCH has led pre-construction wildlife assessments targeting species at risk, wildlife features, and other species of conservation concern, while also providing field-based environmental support during project execution. In addition, RCH has delivered senior-level wildlife QEP oversight and mitigation planning for identified features of conservation concern, helping the project team assess environmental constraints, develop practical mitigation measures, and maintain compliance with applicable provincial and federal regulations, as well as project-specific environmental commitments and standards. To date RCH has completed over 120km of wildlife sweeps associated with this project.
