RCH served as the dedicated wildlife QEP for the project, providing specialized support for amphibian and breeding bird management throughout project execution. Primary responsibilities included daily documentation, oversight of proposed mitigation measures, and implementation support for amphibian and breeding bird surveys within the project area. RCH led all wildlife-related aspects of the project and worked directly with project personnel and BC Hydro to support effective mitigation, communication, and regulatory alignment throughout the duration of the work.
